Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 1:00 PM GMT, Monday–Wednesday, will ship the same day.

  • Processing Days: We dispatch Monday through Wednesday to ensure cold-chain integrity.

  • Holidays & Weekends: Orders placed Thursday afternoon through Sunday, or on UK bank holidays, will be processed the next business day.

  • All orders ship via temperature-controlled couriers to protect hyaluronic-acid–rich formulations.

  • No Friday dispatches—we avoid weekend transit.

3. Shipping Rates

  • UK Mainland (Next-Day): £8.95

  • UK Mainland (Standard 2-Day): £5.95

  • Remote Zones & Islands: £12.95

  • International: Calculated at checkout based on weight & destination

  • Free UK Shipping: On orders over £50 (excluding VAT)

4. Packaging & Handling

  • Products are sealed in insulated mailers with cold-pack inserts to maintain 2–8 °C.

  • Each box is clearly labeled “Perishable – Keep Cool.”

  • We use eco-friendly recyclable packaging wherever possible.

5. Delivery Instructions

  • Safe Drop: If you’re unavailable, please supply a secure, shaded drop-off location (e.g., garage, locked porch).

  • Undelivered Packages: If returned to depot, we’ll notify you immediately to arrange re-shipment (customer covers additional courier fees).

6. International Shipping

  • Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any local import taxes or duties.

  • Restricted Items: Some countries restrict cosmetic imports; if we cannot ship to your address, we’ll notify you and refund your order.

7. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number and link will be emailed once your order departs our warehouse.

  • Please monitor delivery status and plan to receive your package promptly.

8. Delays & Issues

  • Weather or courier disruptions may occasionally delay delivery. We’ll keep you updated and, if needed, re-route or re-dispatch at no extra cost.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Contact us within 4 hours of receipt at info@summerdazeskin.com with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
